Coming to the show?
It's outdoors. — bring your own chair or blanket
Dress warmer than you think. Kentucky in mid-October is lovely at six and cold at nine. Sitting still outdoors after dark is colder still. Layers, a blanket, whatever gets you through a chilly evening comfortably — you'll be glad.
If the weather turns. A limited staged version of the production will be moved inside the theatre.
Getting in. No tickets, no reservations, no list. Arrive, find a spot, settle in.
THE GIVEBACK
We don't charge admission for this show! If you would like to donate to KRT, please visit an usher or our merchandise table to give. Vendors in Pumpkin Alley and food trucks do charge.
If you like to give something anyway, bring canned food we're collecting for our local food pantries, right here in Pendleton County. Entirely optional, and nobody's counting who does and doesn't.
TAKE PART
Pumpkin carving contest
Carve one, bring it in, see how it stacks up. Winner takes home two tickets to KRT's production of Annie this December plus four concession items.
STAY IN THE LOOP
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
Parking. Volunteers will be out front directing. If you're staging a trunk or a table, be parked with engines off by 5:45 PM. No vehicle moves again until 8:00 PM or until a parking marshal waves you out.
Lights. Battery-operated only. No candles, no open flame — anywhere on the grounds.
Spooky, not scary. There will be toddlers. Atmospheric is wonderful; gore and jump-scares are not.
